Optimum Lifestyle offers the choice between two Personal Trainer rental agreements.

Option 1

Monthly rental

A fixed monthly rental of R4000.00 per month. Ext VAT

(including a months rent deposit)

Optional 2

Variable rental

Minimum fixed rental of R2000.00 plus 50% of income earned from Personal training sessions over and above the fixed rental limited to a total rental of R5000.00 per month.

(including a months rent deposit)
