Wheat & sugar free Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:

1 cup nut flour (almond or pecan)
1/2 cup cacao
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp Xylitol (i use neither this or stevia, can’t stand the taste and makes them bitter)
2 eggs
100 ml cream
60 ml melted butter

Method:

1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. whisk wet ingredients together and stir into dry mixture
3. bake for 8-10mins at 180 degrees
